Float down a lazy river in style sporting this Florida-inspired egret motif bikini top. Deep greens and blues of Florida foliage form the background of the design, while a Great White Egret takes flight from the branches of a magnolia tree. Leopard frogs, purple pickerel weed, white alligator lilies, green sabal palms, and pink bougainvilleas can also be found in this jungly design. Comfy to wear all day at the springs, the beach or by the pool. Based on my original gouache paintings, inspired by sunny days exploring the gem-like springs and rivers of my native state, Florida. Perfectly pairs with the Egret Lagoon Recycled High-Waisted Bikini bottom, Egret Lagoon Rash Guard, and Egret Lagoon Swim Shorts.

Double-layered and non-reversible
Removable padding
Tear-away care label
Zig-zag stitching

Materials

Fabric composition in the EU: 88% recycled polyester, 12% elastane
Fabric composition in MX: 81% REPREVE recycled polyester, 19% LYCRA XTRALIFE

Recycled polyester (rPET for short) is a fabric that’s produced from synthetic fibers. Recycled polyester is produced by recycling existing materials (like plastic bottles and packaging) but still has all the characteristics and performance of a regular polyester, making it a more sustainable fabric alternative.

Recycled polyester is made by crushing plastic products into small pieces. These small pieces are then processed into yarn, transformed into a fiber, and in the end—made into a fabric.

Producing rPet takes 33% to 53% less energy than creating polyester from scratch. Also, rPet produces approximately 54.6% fewer CO2 emissions to the air than virgin polyester.
